Inside the Program

A weekly rhythm built for lasting recovery

Four Little Birds is not a one-off course. It is a structured weekly rhythm of support — gentle enough to live alongside your real life, intensive enough to create real change.

Your week, supported

Every week is built around four kinds of support that work together. Each one has a clear purpose. Together, they hold you steady.

01

Morning Activation Sessions

3 mornings a week · ~20 minutes

Short, focused live sessions to set the tone for the day. A grounding practice, a single intention, guidance to shift your attitude toward the substance, and a clear next step — so you start the day awake to your recovery, not reacting to it.

02

Evening Group Sessions

3 evenings a week · 60–75 minutes

The heart of the program. A small, private group where we work through what's really happening — cravings, triggers, relationships, shame, setbacks — and you leave with practical tools you can use the same night and the next day.

03

Weekly 1-on-1 Session

1 session a week · private

Once a week, the program becomes fully yours. We look at what's specific to your story, your patterns, and your next step — so everything you learn in the group gets adapted to your real life.

04

Daily Community Check-ins

Every day · private community

A quiet, daily place to share one win and one challenge. No performance, no advice unless you ask — just consistent, honest connection with people walking the same road.

How intensive is it, really?

Most weeks ask for around 5–6 hours of your time, spread across short mornings, longer evenings, one personal session, and a few minutes for daily check-ins. It is designed to be enough to change your week — and gentle enough that you can keep your job, your family, and your life around it.

If you've tried information, willpower, or short programs and nothing has held — this is built differently. Steady. Practical. Together.

Recovery is possible. And you don't have to do it alone.
